All parents must create an account and register through Sports Connect. As a partner of Pop Warner, Sports Connect will automatically transfer all your information to the Roster Software system.
There are two important registration requirements:
- You must upload a copy of your player's birth certificate when registering.
- You must provide your child's final report card showing grades for the entire year, by August 1st, 2025.
Report Card Details (2024-2025):
- Must clearly state "Report Card" and include all four quarters, your child’s name, grade, and school.
- The Math page is required, if applicable.
- Transcripts will not be accepted.
- Reminders will be sent to all registered participants in June.
Birth Certificate Details:
- NEW for 2025- All players will need to submit an original (with raised seal) birth certificate or passport for certification.
- Birth certificates will need to be submitted to team Moms by Aug 1st, 2025. Once certification is over they will immediately be returned to parent.
